Kelly began her career in New Orleans after graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2005, where she developed her passion for enhancing natural beauty. After relocating to Jacksonville following Hurricane Katrina, she joined Frangipani Salon in 2006, quickly rising to salon manager and leading the team for over a decade while delivering an elevated client experience.
​In 2022, she stepped into ownership, acquiring a salon and later creating her own brand, Belle Ciel—named after her daughters, Bella and Skylar, and meaning “beautiful sky,” a nod to her New Orleans roots and vision to build something lasting for her family and team.
​Kelly is certified in Fused and Weft Extensions and Ouidad curly hair techniques and is dedicated to continuous education in her salon. As a natural mentor, she’s passionate about developing stylists and creating a culture of growth, artistry, and exceptional guest experiences.
